Are you making a modification, addition or improvement to your home?
Any type of modification, addition or improvement to your home must first be submitted in writing to the Design Review Committee and receive approval before work may commence. Failure to submit a request to the Design Review Committee will result in fines assessed to your account and may require the removal of any unauthorized modification.
